It’s important to replace your air filter when needed. A dirty air filter can have a noticeable negative effect on the performance of your engine. If ignored a dirty filter can cause component failure to things like mass air flow sensors and can even affect internal engine components, which may alert your check engine light. Engine air filters become dirty and restricted and need to be replaced to prevent dust, dirt, and other contaminants from entering the engine. We check your air filter at every oil change and clean or replace as needed.
